This Site and our products are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older, or registered qualifying patients under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Use of This Site
This Site provides information about our products, hours, location, and promotions, and allows you to browse our menu and join our mailing list or rewards program. Orders and menu browsing are processed through Dutchie, our third-party ordering platform, which has its own terms of service. All purchases must be completed and picked up in person at our licensed location in compliance with Michigan law. We do not ship or deliver cannabis products.
