Halloween in Walled Lake doesn’t mess around, and the 7th Annual Mayor Ackley’s Trunk or Treat proved it once again.
The Greenhouse was proud to help make this year’s Trunk or Treat the biggest one yet, with candy, costumes, a petting zoo, and free family fun in downtown Walled Lake. Detroit Lions Hall of Famer Calvin “Megatron” Johnson and former Lion Rob Sims even stopped by with Mayor Ackley to help spread the word ahead of the big day.
Our friends at Hot Chix sponsored an $800 costume contest for the kids, No Bad Days helped us give away 1,000 free pumpkins to the community, and Walled Lake Brunch House came out to celebrate with us too. Thanks to every sponsor and volunteer who showed up to make this Walled Lake tradition possible.
